The removable insert vagina includes a removable sleeve that fits into the vagina, for easy cleaning.
The H20 vagina options can be lubricated by just adding water, the water activated lubricant has approximately 80 - 100 uses.
The standing foot option enables the doll to stand unassisted. There are three small bolt heads that protrude from the base of the foot to assist with stability.
